We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.


⏳ 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.


📦 Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be accepted for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Items must be unworn and unused
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Items must be in sellable condition — free of strong odors (including cigarette smoke), pet hair, and any soiling
Important: Items returned in a condition that is not sellable, or that require cleaning or reworking before they can be resold, may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the extent of the issue. We will always communicate with you if this applies to your return.


🔖 Clearance Items

Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Only regular-priced items qualify.


📝 How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin your return:
  1. Email orders@canadianworkwear.com to request a Return Form.
  2. We’ll send you the Return Form plus the correct return address.
  3. Complete the Return Form and include it in your package. If you are requesting an exchange, note the size or item you’d like in the COMMENT section next to the product you are returning — this helps us get your replacement ready right away.
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer unless we specifically instruct you to.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.  Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Not Seeing Your Refund?
If your refund hasn’t appeared, we suggest checking the following before contacting us: 
  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your credit card provider
  • Contact your bank — refund posting delays are common

🔁 Exchanges

We can replace items that are defective or damaged. We are also happy to process size exchanges, subject to the eligibility conditions above.


Need a different size?

If your original order was over $150 before tax and qualified for free shipping:

  • Email orders@canadianworkwear.com to request your exchange form and include the size you need.
  • Include the completed Return Form in your package with the size or item noted in the COMMENT section.

If your order was under $150 before tax, we will issue a refund for the returned item (provided it meets our eligibility conditions). You can then reorder the correct size at any time.


🚚 Shipping Your Return or Exchange

A completed Return Form must be included with every return or exchange shipment.

Returns sent to the wrong address or without the proper documentation may be lost, and we cannot be held responsible for missing packages.


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Canada Post is generally the most affordable return shipping option
Shipping Tips

If returning an item worth more than $100, we recommend:
  • Using a tracked shipping service
  • Purchasing shipping insurance
