📝 How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email orders@canadianworkwear.com to request a Return Form.
- We’ll send you the Return Form plus the correct return address.
- Complete the Return Form and include it in your package. If you are requesting an exchange, note the size or item you’d like in the COMMENT section next to the product you are returning — this helps us get your replacement ready right away.

🔁 Exchanges
If your original order was over $150 before tax and qualified for free shipping:
- Email orders@canadianworkwear.com to request your exchange form and include the size you need.
- Include the completed Return Form in your package with the size or item noted in the COMMENT section.
If your order was under $150 before tax, we will issue a refund for the returned item (provided it meets our eligibility conditions). You can then reorder the correct size at any time.
🚚 Shipping Your Return or Exchange
A completed Return Form must be included with every return or exchange shipment.
Returns sent to the wrong address or without the proper documentation may be lost, and we cannot be held responsible for missing packages.
